FAQs

Q:   Why do you need my phone number? It is personal and I would prefer not to publish it.
A:   We ask for your phone number because we sometimes need to contact buyers in order to clarify something about their order. Calling is faster than email, but we frequently use both especially when we cannot reach you by phone. Check you email frequently.

Your phone number will never be published or given to any other person or entity. 

Q:   Why don't the colors on my burp cloth look the same as they do on your website?
A:   The colors as they are presented on the Colors page have been scanned into our computer and then copied onto the website. Scanners and computers may not 'see' colors exactly the same, or the same as we do, so some variation is expected. 

Q:   When will my order be shipped?
A:   Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 7 days. Delays may occur if there are questions about your order that need to be clarified by email or phone. Please check your email frequently and make sure we have a phone number where you can easily be reached. You will receive an email when we ship your order. 

Q:   How will my order be shipped?
A:   If you do not specify otherwise, orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and should be received within 7 to 10 days from receipt of your order. Express Mail is available for a surcharge, but will not shorten the time by more than 1 or 2 days and is, generally, not worth the additional cost. Express Mail is, however, the only way to GUARANTEE a delivery date.  Priority mail is normally 2 to 3 days, but is not guaranteed.

Q:   Is gift wrapping available?
A:   A gift wrap option is available to be completed at the time you choose the shipping method. If you are ordering gifts for more than one individual, you will need to order the gifts separately as the entire order will be gift wrapped. 

Q:   Can my gift be shipped directly to the recipient?
A:   Yes! During checkout, you can give us a shipping address. A gift card showing your name will be included. If you want a personal message, send it to us via email on our Contact Us page or in the email option after you checkout. 

Q:   What are my options for payment?
A:   You may make your payment online using our completely secure shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may use American Express by choosing the PayPal option. You must have a PayPal account but this is readily available and free. If you are uncomfortable with making your payment online, you may call us with your Credit Card information personally, but this may delay your order if we are not immediately available. You may pay by check through PayPal, but this will delay your order up to 10 days.

Select the "Provide your payment information over the telephone" option when you are checking out for either option. 

Q:   Do you accept checks?
A:  No, we do not accept checks directly, however, by using PayPal you can make payments directy from your checking account.  There will be a delay of up to 10 days until your check clears.

Q:   Do your offer wholesale pricing?
A:   Wholesale pricing is available to the trade only. You must be a certified brick and mortar reseller to qualify for our wholesale pricing. 

Q:   What if I don't see a design or saying that I want?
A:   We offer hundreds of designs on our pages, but we realize that we cannot show everything. Many thousands of designs are available. If you have one you would like, email it to us. We'll attempt to find it, or one like it, which we will email to you for your approval before we start working on it. There may be additional charges if we have to purchase a design for you. Send us a saying you want and we will use it on your Burp or Bib. Be aware that space is limited and we may need to edit your saying to use it. Also, you may order a 'Your Own Words' item and enter your saying in the comment box.

Q:   Can I return something?
A:   Unused, unwashed items can be returned for full credit including any sales tax. Shipping charges are not refundable. Personalized items may not be returned unless we have made an error. All orders are confirmed by email to avoid errors. Please check you email frequently for our order confirmation letter and let us know immediately if there is an error or you need to make a change. Also, check for emails which require a response before we can start. 

Q:   Do you charge sales tax?
A:   We are required to charge 6.5% sales tax on any order shipped to a resident of Florida. 

Q:   What is your Privacy Policy?
A:   It is the policy of BURPS, BIBS, AND BEYOND, Inc. to respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Please be assured that we will not sell, share, or rent any user information with other people or entities, except as may be required by law. 

Q:   The baby for whom I am ordering hasn't been born yet and I do not have a name. Can personalization be added later?
A:   Yes! Unused and unwashed Burps, Bibs or Blankets can be returned to be personalized at a later date. There is no additional charge for the personalization, however, additional shipping charges will be assessed and are the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that on embroidered blankets the reverse side of this embroidery will be visible as we cannot disassemble the blanket to hide it. 

Q:   I have other questions. How do I contact you?
A:   You can reach us through our Contact Us page where you can send us an email with your question. We check our email several times a day. We invite your comments about our service or our website and appreciate you telling us how you found us. Thank you for visiting us.
